62 years of Vocational Training  Government Industrial Training Institute, Solapur (1960-2022)

Founded on 23rd June 1960,we are the leading Government Industrial Training Institute in Solapur district in Maharashtra State. Since last 62 years we have been providing vocational Training in 25 Various Trades and work in Three shifts. The intake capacity of the institute is 864 and nearly 1400 plus Trainees undergoing Training in various Trades.

We work under the Ministry of Skill Development, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department and our Head Office is located at Directorate of Vocational Education and Training (DVET) at 3, Mahapalika Marg, Opp. Metro Cinema, Fort, Mumbai.
